For customer safety, diving is prohibited.
Maximum allowed height is 2 meters and minimum height is 120cm, maximum weight is 130 kg. Driving buggies is only permitted for customers who are capable of driving.
Please bring a change of clothes considering that the buggies activity takes place on uneven terrain and there may be mud. Also, bring swimwear, a beach towel, and sunglasses.
Tourists participating in this activity are prohibited from diving or performing jumping maneuvers into the water while the catamaran is in motion or not in motion.
Tourists will not be allowed to participate in the activity if they have consumed alcohol beforehand.
Individuals requiring additional assistance should contact the company’s staff directly to receive personalized attention.
Children aged 5 and above can participate in the activities only under the supervision and consent of their parents or guardians.
- Cancellation with 24 hours’ notice
The customer may cancel the excursion 24 hours prior to the start date, in which case the company will refund 100% of the payment.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours
If the customer cancels within less than 24 hours, only the dates of the activity can be modified to a time of their choosing.
- Same-day cancellation
In the event that the customer cancels on the same day of the activity, only 50% of the payment will be refunded using the same payment method used.
- Cancellation in case of force majeure
A 100% refund will be issued in case of illness on the part of the client or if the weather conditions for conducting the activity are unfavorable or pose a risk to the clients.
